OTC Collection Specialist with English

Recruitment stages:

CV check -> Call with the Recruiter -> Skills check (online test(s) and phone language verification - if required) -> Video meeting with Hiring Manager -> Final decision and feedback 

Zakres zadań:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • English a minimum C1 level (essential for client communication)
  • Very good knowledge of excel (Preparing reports, VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, INDIRECT)
  • 2 years of experience in F&A OTC area
  • Customer orientation and proactive approach
  • Communication skills
  • University degrees will be an asset
  • Working hours: 9-17(10-18)

Your key activities:

  • Telephone contact in English (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
  • Working closely with Sales to manage customer relationships
  • Managing invoice disputes with customers
  • Matching incoming payments to invoices
  • Posting receipts accurately in the system
  • Investigating and resolving unapplied or short payments
  • Execute direct debit process
  • Tracking outstanding balances and ageing (AR ageing reports)
  • Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues
  • Control risk in the order pipeline by collaborating with sales on blocked orders, prioritizing collections to enable release, and ensuring all decisions comply with credit policy while balancing business needs and financial risk.
