We are looking for a candidate with:
- About 1 year of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (minimum B2) - essential for client communication purposes
- Willingness to work directly with clients via phone and email, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
- Educational background in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Your key activities:
Supporting procurement processes, including:
- Shopping Cart processing
- Purchase Order management
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Goods Receipt (GR) issue resolution
- Info records update
- Coordinating and maintaining direct communication with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Managing day-to-day operational interactions with suppliers and clients
- Ensuring achievement of business targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA), as well as individual performance objectives
- Driving efficiency and maintaining high quality standards across executed processes
- Identifying process gaps and proactively proposing improvement opportunities
