Accounts Receivable Specialist with Hungarian and English (OTC)

Zakres zadań:

Infosys Poland sp. z. o. o. Lodz.

Requirements:

  • Around 2/3 years of experience in finance and accounting area (preferably in accounts receivable)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Hungarian min. C1
  • Advanced English C1
  • Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Highly developed self-organization

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone contact in Hungarian (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
  • Performing cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
  • Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
  • Ongoing e-mail communication in Hungarian and English
  • Collaboration with other teams and internal customers
