In this position, you will aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance versus budgets and forecasts, while identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Reporting to the Controlling & Planning Team Leader you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the preparation of relevant financial reporting, business planning and forecasting, validating the accuracy of financial data and business information

• Overhead accounting (cost center allocations, overhead rates maintenance), participating in month-end closing activities for cost objects

• Cost object maintenance (incl. sales/service orders, projects, internal orders), cost and profit center hierarchy maintenance

• Ensuring that structures are set up in ERP in line with the standard value flow

• Collaborating with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions and cost saving initiatives to protect and increase profitability

• Supporting initiatives to achieve excellence in financial controlling and improvement of controlling processes and tools

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in industrial Controlling or FP&A

• Experience in Project Controlling, allocation cycles, familiarity with different cost object types is a plus

• Possess advanced SAP expertise, including FI & CO modules

• Experience in systems’ migrations is beneficial

• Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance-side and proficiency in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions

• You are able to multitask, present attention to detail, accuracy

• You demonstrate initiative, commitment, personal drive and self-motivation in looking for errors and driving for solutions

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields

• You are at ease communicating in English (knowledge of German language is an advantage)

• You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
