HR Administration Specialist with Italian

Task range:

Requirements:

 · Italian at minimum C1 level 

· English at minimum B2 level  

· 2 years of experience in customer service from
corporate environment (HR Operations or HR Payroll experience preferred) 

· Willingness to develop in HR  

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word 

· Strong communication and analytical skills 

· At least secondary education 

· Ability to anticipate client needs and
proactively solve problems 

· Capability to participate in client meetings and
manage assigned tasks on time 

· Attention to detail and awareness of
GDPR-related aspects 

· Time management skills – multitasking role

Responsibilities:

  • Timely handling of HR-related tickets
  • Accurate logging of all inquiries in the ticketing system
  • Taking ownership of client-reported issues
  • Performing follow-up actions in case of escalations
  • Participating in client discussions regarding HR processes
  • Handling incoming calls – service line
  • Achieving quality goals and SLA targets
